Rechtliche Situation als Blogger
Zum Glück lebe ich nicht in Deutschland und muss mich nicht bei jedem Blog-Post vor einer Abmahnung fürchten. Rechtsfreierraum ist das Internet aber bei weitem nicht. Beim Bloggen muss man sich an das geltende Recht halten, auf Spreeblick gibts eine ganz nette Einführung,die soweit ich das sehe auch grösstenteils für die Schweiz gilt.
